- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 10 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the sliced strawberries into a rectangle shape (5 across and 7-8 down).
- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the strawberries and place the bark in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until the peanut butter layer is set and not sticky.
- Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe dish. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted (about 1-2 minutes).
- Pour the melted chocolate over the bark and spread it evenly into a thin layer. Work quickly since the chocolate will start to set.
- Return the bark to the freezer to set for about 20 minutes.
- Remove and cut into pieces. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Ensure the peanut butter layer is fully set before adding the chocolate to prevent mixing.
- For a smoother bark, you can substitute the peanut butter with almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
- This treat is naturally gluten-free and perfect for a quick, healthy dessert.
