  • 1 (15-oz.) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 (14.5-oz.) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup vegetable broth (sub beef or bone broth if not making vegetarian)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions
