Description

Uncrustables French Toast is a quick and fun twist on classic French toast using pre-made Uncrustables sandwiches. Coated in a sweet egg mixture and cooked until golden, they make a perfect breakfast or snack for kids and adults alike.

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  3. Dip each Uncrustable into the egg mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
  4. Place coated Uncrustables onto the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the skillet and serve immediately with syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit if desired.
