Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Dip each Uncrustable into the egg mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
- Place coated Uncrustables onto the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and serve immediately with syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit if desired.
Notes
- Use any Uncrustables flavor, but peanut butter and jelly are classic.
- Ensure sandwiches are thawed before dipping to prevent cracking.
