- 4 cheddar cheese slices

Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Prepare pancake batter and pour small circles onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook sausage patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side until fully cooked and browned.
- During the final minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover briefly to melt.
- Cook eggs in the skillet to your preferred style, such as folded or over easy.
- To assemble, place one pancake on the bottom, add the cheesy sausage patty, top with egg, drizzle lightly with maple syrup, and finish with a second pancake.
- Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
