  • 2 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess moisture
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce:

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, grated cucumber, salt, pepper, and oregano until smooth. Set aside.

Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Naan Base:

  1. Place naan bread on a baking sheet and lightly toast in the oven for 5 minutes.

Assemble the Pizza:

  1. Remove the naan from the oven and evenly spread a layer of tzatziki sauce over each piece.
  2. Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.

Bake & Serve:

  1. Return to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the toppings are warmed through.
  2. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh dill, and serve immediately.
