- 4 small crowns broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella
- 5 oz mini fresh mozzarella balls (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Preheat & Prepare Mixture:
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, and pesto. Set aside.

- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
