Description

This Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower Salad is a vibrant and flavorful dish, with roasted cauliflower seasoned with turmeric and cumin, then tossed with sweet golden raisins, crunchy pistachios, and fresh parsley for a light, yet satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Instructions
