Description

Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups are a cozy, comforting twist on a traditional holiday meal. These easy-to-make roll ups feature deli turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy baked into a delicious, bite-sized dish perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices Deli Turkey, thick slices
  • 2 cups Stove Top Stuffing, or homemade, prepared
  • 1 can Whole Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup Turkey Gravy, prepared

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF and grease a baking dish.
  2. Lay out the thick slices of deli turkey on a clean working surface.
  3. Place a generous spoonful of stuffing on one end of each turkey slice.
  4. Stir the cranberry sauce in a bowl to loosen, then divide evenly over the stuffing on each slice.
  5. Roll up each turkey slice tightly around the filling and place seam side up in the prepared baking dish. Secure each roll with a toothpick if needed.
  6. Pour the turkey gravy evenly over the top of the roll ups.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5โ€“10 minutes until slightly golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Use leftover Thanksgiving ingredients for a quick and easy meal.
  • You can substitute chicken or ham for the turkey slices if desired.
  • Homemade stuffing adds an extra layer of flavor but boxed works great too.
  • Serve with extra gravy on the side for dipping.
