Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups are a cozy, comforting twist on a traditional holiday meal. These easy-to-make roll ups feature deli turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy baked into a delicious, bite-sized dish perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings.

- 8 slices Deli Turkey, thick slices
- 2 cups Stove Top Stuffing, or homemade, prepared
- 1 can Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup Turkey Gravy, prepared
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF and grease a baking dish.
- Lay out the thick slices of deli turkey on a clean working surface.
- Place a generous spoonful of stuffing on one end of each turkey slice.
- Stir the cranberry sauce in a bowl to loosen, then divide evenly over the stuffing on each slice.
- Roll up each turkey slice tightly around the filling and place seam side up in the prepared baking dish. Secure each roll with a toothpick if needed.
- Pour the turkey gravy evenly over the top of the roll ups.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5โ10 minutes until slightly golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Use leftover Thanksgiving ingredients for a quick and easy meal.
- You can substitute chicken or ham for the turkey slices if desired.
- Homemade stuffing adds an extra layer of flavor but boxed works great too.
- Serve with extra gravy on the side for dipping.
