- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 375g Ready-Rolled Puff Pastry
- 130g Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Milk
- Spray Oil (for greasing)
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and lightly grease a baking tray with spray oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine turkey mince, garlic powder, fresh thyme leaves, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into two equal rectangles.
- Divide the turkey mixture evenly along the center of each pastry rectangle.
- Spoon cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey mixture.
- Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
- Brush the tops with milk for a golden finish.
- Place the sausage rolls on the prepared baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
