- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Traeger grill to 225ยฐF (107ยฐC).
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season generously with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill grates and close the lid.
- Smoke the chicken for 2โ3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to rest for 5โ10 minutes before slicing.
- Optional: Drizzle with lemon juice before serving for added brightness.
- Serve with your favorite sides, in salads, or as a protein-packed addition to wraps.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning mix and olive oil for 30 minutes before smoking.
- The chicken can also be finished off with a higher heat (375ยฐF) for the last 10 minutes for a crispier exterior.
