- 4 large soft flour tortillas (taco size)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and slivered almonds. Stir until well combined.
- Spread & roll: Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture onto each flour tortilla using a spatula.
- Wrap & chill: Roll up each tortilla tightly, then wrap them in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Slice & serve: Remove the plastic wrap and cut the tortillas into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or diced jalapeรฑos.
- Swap slivered almonds for chopped pecans or walnuts for a different texture.
- These can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
