Description

These Tortilla Roll Ups are a quick and easy appetizer, perfect for parties or snacks! Soft flour tortillas are rolled with a rich, creamy cheese mixture packed with crispy bacon, cheddar, and slivered almonds for a delicious crunch. A must-try for your next gathering!


Ingredients

  • 4 large soft flour tortillas (taco size)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Instructions

  • Prepare the filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and slivered almonds. Stir until well combined.
  • Spread & roll: Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture onto each flour tortilla using a spatula.
  • Wrap & chill: Roll up each tortilla tightly, then wrap them in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Slice & serve: Remove the plastic wrap and cut the tortillas into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or diced jalapeรฑos.
  • Swap slivered almonds for chopped pecans or walnuts for a different texture.
  • These can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
