  • 1 tbsp butter (for frying)

Instructions

  • Prepare the egg wash: In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  • Make the mascarpone filling: In a small bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Heat the skillet: Place a skillet over medium heat and add butter to grease the pan.
  • Dip and fry: Dip each tortilla into the egg wash, ensuring both sides are coated, then place them in the skillet. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
