This Tortilla Breakfast Wrap, inspired by the viral TikTok tortilla fold, is a quick, satisfying breakfast with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and melted cheese, all wrapped in a warm tortilla for an easy, handheld meal.

- 1 large tortilla, 10” or burrito size
- 1 1/2 strips cooked bacon (3 half strips)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese, mozzarella or Mexican cheese blend
- 1 tsp unsalted butter, to sauté
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add unsalted butter.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until scrambled and just set.
- Warm the tortilla in a separate skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make it pliable.
- Place scrambled egg in the center of the tortilla, then layer with bacon, avocado slices, and shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortilla using the TikTok method: fold edges into the center, creating a square pocket, then heat in the skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately, hot and folded.

- Use a large tortilla to ensure the fold holds all ingredients.
- Adjust cheese and avocado quantity to your taste.
- Optional: Add salsa, hot sauce, or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
