Description
A creamy, coffee soaked breakfast layered with softened weetabix, a smooth yogurt and cream cheese mixture, and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder for a tiramisu inspired morning treat.

- 2 weetabix biscuits
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, for dusting
Instructions
- Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and honey. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Place the weetabix biscuits into a small container or glass dish.
- Pour the cooled coffee evenly over the weetabix, allowing them to fully absorb the liquid.
- Spread the yogurt and cream cheese mixture evenly over the soaked weetabix base.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set.
- Just before serving, dust cocoa powder evenly over the top using a fine sieve.
- Scoop and enjoy chilled.
Notes
- Use very strong coffee for a more authentic tiramisu flavor.
- Do not oversaturate the weetabix to avoid a watery texture.
- Adjust honey to taste before layering.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
