- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 whole garlic bulbs
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Shredded mozzarella (as desired)
- 1 handful chopped parsley
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 splash olive oil
- 1 large baguette
Instructions

Roast the Garlic:
- Preheat air fryer to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF).
- Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs and place them on a piece of foil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Wrap in foil and place in the air fryer. Roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.

- Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a bowl.
- Add butter, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

- Slice the baguette in half and spread the garlic butter generously over the surface.
