Description

Cheesy, garlicky, and absolutely delicious! This viral TikTok Garlic Bread is made in an air fryer for a quick and easy side dish. Loaded with roasted garlic, butter, parsley, and melty cheese, itโ€™s the perfect accompaniment to pasta, soup, or any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 whole garlic bulbs
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Shredded mozzarella (as desired)
  • 1 handful chopped parsley
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 splash olive oil
  • 1 large baguette

Instructions

  • Roast the Garlic:

    • Preheat air fryer to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF).
    • Slice the tops off the garlic bulbs and place them on a piece of foil.
    • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
    • Wrap in foil and place in the air fryer. Roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
  • Prepare Garlic Butter:

    • Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a bowl.
    • Add butter, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Assemble the Garlic Bread:

    • Slice the baguette in half and spread the garlic butter generously over the surface.
    • Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake the Garlic Bread:

    • Air fry or bake at 180ยฐC (356ยฐF) for 5-8 minutes until golden brown and cheesy.
