- 1 pack Trader Joe's Artichoke Bottoms, thawed (or 8 artichoke bottoms)
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 tbsp blackening seasoning
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Flaky salt to taste
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
- White garlic sauce or store-bought toum for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill: Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare artichokes: Brush artichoke bottoms with 2 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with blackening seasoning, flaky salt, and cracked pepper.
- Grill: Place artichokes cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 5–7 minutes until grill marks form and artichokes are heated through. Flip and cook 2–3 minutes more if needed.
- Add finishing touches: Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and lemon juice. Serve immediately with white garlic sauce or toum.
