- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add milk, butter, and eggs, then knead into dough.
- Let dough rise until doubled.
- Roll out dough and spread chocolate filling.
- Roll into log and slice lengthwise.
- Twist and place in pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool slightly and slice.

- Do not rush the rising process.
- Use good quality chocolate.
- Let cool before slicing.
