Instructions

Prepare the pudding: In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the cold water (or milk), vanilla pudding mix, cookie butter, and sweetened condensed milk. Beat on medium-high speed for 4-5 minutes, gradually increasing speed as the mixture thickens.
