- 1 1/4 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to pizza dough instructions, usually 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, grated ginger, honey, sesame oil, and water until smooth to make the peanut sauce.
- Spread peanut sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Evenly distribute shredded chicken over the sauce, then add chopped onion and shredded carrot.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake according to dough instructions, typically 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Squeeze excess moisture from shredded carrot to prevent a soggy pizza.
- Adjust crushed red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Use cooked chicken from rotisserie or leftover chicken for convenience.
