- 1 can Rotel (seasoned diced tomatoes)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (plus required water)
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni and cheese: Prepare the boxed macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
- Cook the meat: In a large pan, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat, then drain the excess fat.
- Season: Add the taco seasoning (with the required water) to the cooked meat and stir well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the Rotel: Stir in the canned Rotel tomatoes and allow them to warm with the seasoned meat.
- Combine: Once the macaroni and cheese is ready, mix it into the seasoned taco meat. Stir until fully combined and heated through.
