Description

Crispy toasted wraps filled with seasoned chicken, creamy cheese sauce, fresh toppings, and a signature crunchy layer inside.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook ground chicken with olive oil, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper until done.
  3. Lay tortillas flat on a surface.
  4. Add layers of chicken, cheese sauce, tostada shell, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold into a sealed wrap.
  6. Cook seam side down until golden.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until crisp.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overfill wraps
  • Use medium heat for even cooking
  • Serve immediately for best texture
