- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook ground chicken with olive oil, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper until done.
- Lay tortillas flat on a surface.
- Add layers of chicken, cheese sauce, tostada shell, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Fold into a sealed wrap.
- Cook seam side down until golden.
- Flip and cook the other side until crisp.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overfill wraps
- Use medium heat for even cooking
