Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip to make a creamy chocolate layer.
- Arrange a layer of sliced Swiss rolls in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish, covering the base completely.
- Spread half of the chocolate pudding mixture over the Swiss rolls.
- Add another layer of sliced Swiss rolls, then spread the remaining pudding mixture on top.
- Finish with a layer of Cool Whip, spreading evenly across the top.
- Decorate with additional Swiss roll slices if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to set before serving.
