  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
