Description

A creamy and comforting sushi bake made with layers of seasoned rice, seafood mixture, and a slightly golden baked topping, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups imitation crab, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons furikake
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into cooked rice.
  3. Spread rice evenly into baking dish.
  4. Mix crab, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  5. Spread mixture over rice.
  6. Sprinkle furikake on top.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through.
  8. Top with green onions and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh rice for best texture.
  • Do not overbake to keep it creamy.
  • Add toppings after baking.
