- 3 cups cooked sushi rice
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups imitation crab, shredded
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons furikake
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into cooked rice.
- Spread rice evenly into baking dish.
- Mix crab, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Spread mixture over rice.
- Sprinkle furikake on top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through.
- Top with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh rice for best texture.
- Do not overbake to keep it creamy.
