Description

This Supreme Pizza Tortellini Bake combines the comforting flavors of cheesy tortellini with the bold, savory toppings of a supreme pizza. Packed with chorizo, pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, and melted mozzarella, itโ€™s a hearty, oven-baked crowd-pleaser thatโ€™s perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chorizo
  • 2 (24 oz) store-bought marinara or homemade
  • 14.5 oz. canned tomatoes
  • 20 oz. tortellini
  • 3 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 2 oz. sliced olives
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 16 oz. mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chorizo for 5โ€“7 minutes, breaking it apart until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in marinara and canned tomatoes. Simmer for 3 minutes to reduce excess liquid.
  4. Spoon a thin layer of the sauce into the bottom of a casserole dish.
  5. Add tortellini to the skillet, tossing with remaining sauce to coat well.
  6. Add half the tortellini to the casserole dish and layer with half the pepperoni, olives, bell peppers, onions, and cheese.
  7. Repeat layering with the remaining tortellini and toppings.
  8. Bake at 350ยฐF for 25 minutes.
  9. Optional: Broil for the last 5 minutes to brown the cheese on top.
  10. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
