Description

Elegant stuffed salmon pinwheels filled with creamy herb cheese, tender and flavorful with a beautiful spiral presentation.


Ingredients

  • 1 large salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay salmon flat and spread filling evenly.
  4. Roll tightly and slice into pinwheels.
  5. Place in baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
