- 1 large salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Lay salmon flat and spread filling evenly.
- Roll tightly and slice into pinwheels.
- Place in baking dish.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
