Description

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 links hot Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled (or mild, if preferred)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the ciabatta dough recipe instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix cooked sausage with minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, and shredded fontina in a bowl.
  4. Divide ciabatta dough into portions and flatten each piece into a small rectangle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the sausage and cheese mixture onto the center of each dough piece.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal completely, forming a roll.
