  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat. Drain excess grease, leaving a little in the pan.
  • Crack the eggs directly into the pan and stir until fully cooked.
  • Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Split each biscuit in half and gently press them down to form large, thin circles.
  • On one biscuit half, place a generous portion of the sausage and egg mixture in the center.
