- For the Glaze:

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles of desired size.
- Spoon strawberry jam onto the center of each rectangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Fold the pastry over the jam and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place pastries on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- While pastries are baking, make the glaze by whisking powdered sugar with non-dairy milk until smooth.
- Remove strudels from the oven and let cool slightly, then drizzle with glaze before serving.
