Instructions
- Preheat & Prep:

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Bake the Blondies:
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs (not wet batter). Be careful not to overbake.
- Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
- Make the Glaze (Optional):
- Whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled blondies.
