Description

These delicious Strawberry Kiss Cookies are the perfect combination of sweet strawberry flavor and chocolatey goodness. Easy to make and perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 chocolate kisses (unwrapped)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Make Cookie Dough:
    In a large bowl, whisk together the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. The dough will be thick.
  • Shape Cookies:
    Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake:
    Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
  • Add Kisses:
    Immediately after removing from the oven, press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
  • Roll in Sugar:
    While the cookies are still warm, roll the edges in granulated sugar.
  • Cool and Serve:
