- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 chocolate kisses (unwrapped)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. - Make Cookie Dough:
In a large bowl, whisk together the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined. The dough will be thick. - Shape Cookies:
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. - Bake:
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft. - Add Kisses:
Immediately after removing from the oven, press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. - Roll in Sugar:
While the cookies are still warm, roll the edges in granulated sugar. - Cool and Serve:
