Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm milk. Let sit for about 5 minutes until slightly bubbly.
- Add vanilla, egg, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, until a tacky dough forms.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and knead into a ball. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a large 10ร20-inch rectangle on a clean surface.
- Spread strawberry jam evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar, and fresh strawberries.
