Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 13 sheets, pulsed into crumbs)

Strawberry Layers & Whipped Cream:

2 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced/chopped (plus extra for garnish)

3 cups heavy whipping cream (or 6 cups whipped topping)

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, divided

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

4 tbsp strawberry gelatin (dry, from the package)

Optional: red food coloring for a more vibrant pink color
Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch baking dish.

Refrigerate while preparing the layers.
