These soft and fluffy cheesecake-filled buns are dipped in a shiny strawberry glaze for a sweet, creamy, and irresistible treat. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert!

Buns:
- 12 Kingโs Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (1 pack)
Cheesecake Filling:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled (120g)
- 1/4 cup sugar (55g)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1โ2 tbsp lemon juice (to taste)
- 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature (170g)
Strawberry Glaze:
- 4 tbsp strawberry jam
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Decoration (Optional):

- 2โ3 graham crackers, crushed
- 4โ5 fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a bowl, whisk heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, salt, and lemon juice until it thickens slightly.
- Add cream cheese and whisk on low speed until smooth and creamy. Do not overmix.
- Transfer to a piping bag with a round tip.
2. Fill the Buns:
- Use a small knife to poke a hole into the side of each bun and create a pocket inside.
- Pipe about 25g of cheesecake filling into each roll.
- Clean up any excess filling and refrigerate while preparing the glaze.
3. Prepare the Strawberry Glaze:
- In a small saucepan, mix strawberry jam, water, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Cook over low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
4. Dip & Decorate:
- Carefully dip the top of each bun into the strawberry glaze, then shake off any excess.
- Place buns on a wire rack to set.
- Optional: Decorate with crushed graham crackers and fresh strawberry slices.

Notes
- For extra strawberry flavor, add 1 tsp strawberry extract to the glaze.
- If you prefer a thicker glaze, let it cool completely before dipping the buns.
