- 1 large flatbread crust, about 12 inches
- 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced thinly
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries, whole
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt and black pepper.
- Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet.
- Arrange sliced brie evenly over the flatbread, then top with sliced strawberries and whole blackberries.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle fresh basil over the top.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, slice, and serve warm or at room temperature.

- Slice the brie while cold for easier handling.
