Description

A sweet and savory strawberry and brie flatbread topped with melted creamy brie, fresh strawberries, blackberries, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Crisp on the edges, creamy in the center, and bursting with fresh flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread crust, about 12 inches
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blackberries, whole
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C or 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush the flatbread lightly with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt and black pepper.
  3. Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Arrange sliced brie evenly over the flatbread, then top with sliced strawberries and whole blackberries.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Sprinkle fresh basil over the top.
  8. Let rest for 2 minutes, slice, and serve warm or at room temperature.

  • Slice the brie while cold for easier handling.
  • Pat strawberries dry before adding to prevent excess moisture.
