Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease an 8ร8-inch baking dish.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
