Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and grease an 8ร—8-inch baking dish.
  • Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Gently fold in the diced strawberries and nuts (if using).
