Description

This Copycat Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino blends cold brew, caramel, and cream into a rich, smooth, and frothy treat thatโ€™s just like your favorite coffeehouse drinkโ€”but made at home in minutes and for a fraction of the cost!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice

  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee

  • 1 cup half-n-half (or milk)

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus more for garnish)

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

  • Piped whipped cream, for serving

  • Caramel sauce, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add ice, cold brew, half-n-half, caramel sauce, and sweetened condensed milk to a blender.

  2. Blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and frothy.

  3. Divide into two 16 oz glasses.

  4. Top with piped whipped cream and a generous drizzle of caramel sauce.

  5. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso or extra-strong cold brew.

  • You can swap half-n-half with oat milk, almond milk, or any milk alternative.

  • Freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays to prevent watering down your drink.
