Description

  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven:
    Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  • Cook the pasta:
    Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Sautรฉ the spinach:
    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Cook the spinach:
    Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Mix the ingredients:
    In a large bowl, combine the cooked rigatoni, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, sautรฉed spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
