Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-16oz) container spinach artichoke dip (or any cream cheese-based dip)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ยฐF and grease a 9ร—13 baking dish.
  • Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness or slice them lengthwise for faster cooking. Cut into manageable portions if desired.
  • Arrange chicken in the baking dish and spread a thick layer of spinach artichoke dip over top. (You may not need the entire container, depending on the amount of chicken.)
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF.
