For the Cinnamon Chips:
- 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For the Fruit Salsa:
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and diced
- 3 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
Instructions
- Make the Cinnamon Chips:

- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice.
- Add diced strawberries, mango, and kiwi. Toss until evenly coated.
