Description

This refreshing fruit salsa with crispy cinnamon chips is a delicious and healthy homemade recipe perfect for snacks, parties, or a light dessert. For the Cinnamon Chips:

  • 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Fruit Salsa:

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced

Instructions

  • Make the Cinnamon Chips:
    • Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
    • Cut flour tortillas into 8 even wedges each and place them in a medium bowl.
    • Coat with melted butter and toss to distribute evenly.
    • In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over tortilla wedges. Toss to coat.
    • Arrange the tortilla pieces in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    • Bake for 5 minutes, flip them, and bake for another 5 minutes until lightly golden and crispy.
  • Prepare the Fruit Salsa:
    • In a medium bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice.
    • Add diced strawberries, mango, and kiwi. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Serve & Enjoy:
    • Serve the fruit salsa with warm cinnamon chips and enjoy!
