- 1 lb chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2–3 jalapeños (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, chopped jalapeños, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between the pieces.
- Grill the skewers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char.
- Serve hot, with a drizzle of extra honey and jalapeños if desired.

- If you prefer less heat, remove the seeds from the jalapeños before chopping.
