- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
tep 1: Season the Potatoes
- In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, onions, bell peppers, olive oil, and all seasonings.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
Step 2: Air Fry the Potatoes
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 375°F for 35 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
Notes
- For extra crispy potatoes, soak the diced potatoes in cold water for 15 minutes before seasoning. Drain and pat dry before air frying.
- Make it spicy: Add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
- Storage & Reheating: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
