Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line 3 large cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugars:

In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter, 1 ยผ cups granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.
