- 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (10.75 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
