- 2 tablespoons herb and garlic cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup Eve's black sesame crackers
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
Instructions
- Spread a small amount of herb and garlic cream cheese on each sesame cracker.
- Top each cracker with a piece of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with fresh dill on top of the salmon.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
- Can be prepared ahead of time but assemble just before serving to keep crackers crisp.
