Description

Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Crackers are elegant, bite-sized appetizers featuring smoky salmon, creamy herb and garlic cream cheese, and crisp sesame crackers. Perfect for parties, brunch, or a light snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons herb and garlic cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Eve's black sesame crackers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Spread a small amount of herb and garlic cream cheese on each sesame cracker.
  2. Top each cracker with a piece of smoked salmon.
  3. Garnish with fresh dill on top of the salmon.
  4. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For added flavor, squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
