Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked gouda cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded smoked gouda and green onions if using.
