For the Tacos:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 flour tortillas
For the Toppings:

- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 3/4 cup diced cucumber
- 3/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced red onion, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix everything well using your hands.

Cook the Tortillas:
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it into an even, smooth layer.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add one tortilla, chicken-side down, and cook for 4โ5 minutes until browned.
- Flip the tortilla and cook on the other side for 2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Use two pans for faster cooking if needed.

- Spoon tzatziki sauce over each tortilla.
- Top with diced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and chopped parsley.
