Description

Smash Chicken Caesar Tacos are a quick and flavorful twist on classic Caesar salad, featuring seasoned ground chicken, crisp romaine, Parmesan, and bacon bits, all tucked into soft flour tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook, breaking up the chicken, until fully cooked and slightly crispy, about 8–10 minutes.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
  3. In a bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
  4. Assemble tacos: Place a portion of cooked chicken on each tortilla, top with dressed lettuce, grated Parmesan, and bacon bits.
  5. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • Use cooked bacon bits for convenience or cook fresh bacon and crumble it.
  • Optional: add cherry tomatoes or avocado slices for extra flavor and texture.
