- 3 tbsp bacon bits
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook, breaking up the chicken, until fully cooked and slightly crispy, about 8–10 minutes.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
- In a bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
- Assemble tacos: Place a portion of cooked chicken on each tortilla, top with dressed lettuce, grated Parmesan, and bacon bits.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
- Use cooked bacon bits for convenience or cook fresh bacon and crumble it.
- Optional: add cherry tomatoes or avocado slices for extra flavor and texture.
