- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) tomato soup
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can (16 oz) chili beans, drained
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Jalapeno peppers, for garnish
- Tomatoes, for garnish
- Tortilla chips, for dipping
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and ground sausage over medium heat until fully cooked and no pink remains. Drain the meat, then season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and add Velveeta, cream cheese, cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, and chili beans to the skillet with the seasoned meat.
- Cook on medium-low for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, jalapeno peppers, and diced tomatoes.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
