Instructions
- In a small skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in tomato achar and cook for another 1–2 minutes until heated through.
- Spread labneh evenly on a serving plate or shallow dish.
- Pour the hot achar and garlic oil mixture over the labneh, creating a sizzling effect.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top for garnish.
- Serve immediately with naan, pita chips, or your favorite chips for dipping.
